In order to evaluate, sustain and develop these good practices, ALPHA-AIRPORT committed itself to the certification of its activities in the early 2000s and obtained the ISO 9000 accreditation for quality management in 2002 and the ISO 14000 accreditation for management in 2010. environmental.
These certifications have been constantly maintained and updated by regular monitoring and renewal audits and to date, it benefits from the ISO 9000 and ISO 14000 standards in their 2015 version.
The procedures put in place make it possible to guarantee the effectiveness of our interventions and to control the inherent risks.
They also apply to the choice of our suppliers and service providers, based on the quality of their products and services, as well as their recognized certifications.
They make it possible to ensure that the environmental impact of studies and projects proposed or carried out are taken into account.
They set goals for improvement as part of a sustainable development approach that meets the needs of the present without compromising the ability of future generations to meet their own needs.
To complete these measures, ALPHA-AIRPORT has just embarked on a CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) approach aimed at taking into account, on a voluntary basis, the social and environmental concerns resulting from its activities and interactions with other stakeholders in the projects carried out.
It envisages certification to ISO 26,000 in the course of 2020.
